you request a videographer for your deposition, meeting or event, our
videographers arrive one hour before the scheduled start time to allow
for setup and proper placement of the camera, backdrop, microphones
and other equipment.
Our trained and experienced videographers use digital equipment with
Lavalier microphones on the witness and participating counsel, as well
as a table microphone. The audio from the microphones is passed
through a high-quality audio mixer to ensure a clear recording and
accurate record. We also run a simultaneous backup.
For every video deposition you order with us, we provide a
complimentary Planet Viewer. The Planet Viewer DVD contains the
transcript synchronized to the video. Because we provide the
transcript synchronized to the video at no charge, you and your client
save hundreds of dollars for every videotaped deposition you take.
Videographers for videotaping and Video depositions
With the Planet Viewer, you can search for words or phrases in the
transcript and view the text and video simultaneously. By
synchronizing the video to the reporter’s transcript, users can
instantly find key words or phrases, search by page and line number
and view the associated video simultaneously. Additionally, creating a
clip of the transcript and video for impeachment purposes or sharing
with co-counsel, experts or your internal team is just a click away.
Clips (transcript and video) can be exported to PowerPoint, Sanction,
Summation or LiveNote or as an MPEG-1 or WMV file. If you prefer to
have us create clips for you, our experienced video technicians are
happy to assist you. All we need is a list of clips with page and line
numbers or a transcript which has been marked with the text you would
like to include on the clip. We can also link the deposition exhibits
to the transcript and video .
