we can provide you with an accurate transcription. We can also
transcribe from VOB, MPEG, WMV, Flash or FTR Gold files. Our

Providing us with a list of speakers, spellings of proper names or technical terms
will assist us in providing you with the most accurate and usable
transcript. If we can’t identify speaker, they will be listed in
the transcript as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc. If the quality is poor,
a per-hour fee (rather than a per-page fee) may apply. We will notify
you if this is the case. Audio enhancement may help but there is no
guarantee it will improve the quality such that a usable transcript
can be made.
