Trying to find a
competent and reliable interpreter for your deposition, trial or
hearing can be a challenge and often can end in disappointment. Rely
on us to do the pre-qualifying and screening for you. Rest easy and
leave the hard work to us. Sign language interpreters are also
available.
Contact us at

request an interpreter. To expedite your request, please have the
following information available:
-
Date of assignment
-
Type of assignment
(deposition, hearing, trial, independent medical examination)
-
Start and end time
(There is a
two-hour minimum for all languages; some languages have longer
minimums)
-
Location
-
Language
(including dialect if appropriate)
-
Subject matter
(this helps us match the interpreter with your specific needs)
TIP: Request a realtime court reporter for every deposition with an interpreter.
Interactive realtime provides a simultaneous view of the testimony via
a laptop computer. This will allow quick and easy readbacks when
there are objections, colloquy or long periods of time between
questions and answers. Interactive realtime will also assist the
interpreter in providing an accurate and complete interpretation. We
will provide a laptop with realtime software at no charge and will
also audio record the deposition so you have a record of the
interpretation.
Cancellation
policy: If your assignment is canceled
with less than 48 business hours’ notice, the fee due will be equal to
the reserved time.
Please note the
interpreter cannot be reserved until the signed acknowledgement of
interpreter cancellation policy is received. In order to ensure a
qualified interpreter for your assignment, we recommend booking a
minimum of two weeks in advance (whenever possible). Don’t forget to
return your signed acknowledgment immediately.
To avoid unnecessary
cancellation fees, we will contact you 72 hours in advance of your
assignment to reconfirm your reservation.
