start to ensure all your needs are understood and met. First, we set
up a brief meeting with you and/or your team to discuss your needs and
offer suggestions for a customized solution and standing order for
your case. This brief conversation (over the phone or in person) will
save you time and will ensure accountability, continuity and
consistency throughout the life of the case.
For your large cases, we assign an experienced case manager on whom
you can rely and call upon for all your needs. Your case manager will
be responsible for making sure that each reporter has the caption,
appearances, word list and standard order or preferences. In addition,
your case manager can arrange for a document drop location, conference
rooms, process servers and prepares witness and exhibit lists, special
case repositories and preferred pricing, all that are customized to
the needs of your specific case. Whether your deposition needs are
local, national or international, your case manager has you covered!
In situations where we are providing services to all parties in a
large matter, with the consent of counsel, your case manager
creates a special case repository. The special case repository is the
central location for:

and view details of each scheduled deposition

Transcripts (.txt, .ptx and searchable
PDfs)

With every new deposition scheduled,
cancellation or change, all parties will receive notification via
email.
Once the transcript is received in our office, your case manager is
also responsible for quality assurance; that is, your case manager
ensures that every transcript meets our stringent quality and format
standards.
Thereafter, your transcript is emailed to every member of your team in
a .txt (ASCII/Amicus) and searchable PDF format (full size and
condensed), all at no additional charge. Next, we upload your
transcript files to your complimentary and secure Online Office, where
you can access your deposition calendar, transcripts and exhibits or
download and print on demand at no additional charge.
Your personal Online Office also gives you access to your invoices so
you can review them and verify whether or not an invoice has been
paid.
